Entering the RehabPath Program and charting a course to better health is easy. First, the individual and/or the family should speak with the doctor, hospital discharge planner, or St. Camillus' inpatient admissions personnel. They will help determine whether the RehabPath is suitable for both the patient and family. This can usually be done either before or immediately after the patient undergoes surgery or other initial treatments. After deciding to refer an individual to the RehabPath Program, the doctor or discharge planner will make the referral. Then the caring, professional staff at St. Camillus will take care of everything else -- including any insurance coverage issues. It's that simple!
