Occupational Therapist
FT position in our team oriented Rehab Program, serving in and out patients, with a focus on neurological impairments and orthopedic conditions. OTR/L with experience in rehabilitation preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills required. BS in Occupational Therapy and NYS Licensure required.

The successful candidate should possess good leadership qualities, strong clinical background, organizational and communication skills. The person applying should have a minimum of three years experienced in Med/Surg nursing and 1 year experience in Long Term Care to include MDS.

Director of Human Resources
St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an innovative individual to provide high quality Human Resources services in furtherance of the organization’s mission. We are in search of a HR professional who can work well with our HR team. The ideal candidate should have broad-based, hands-on knowledge of HR and must be able to: Work with management to address personnel matters such as annual performance evaluations, compensation, termination, promotions, hiring, etc. Effectively communicate and manage new policies or changes to current policies to employees in a thoughtful, non-threatening manner. Collaborate with leaders at all levels of the organization in supporting business objectives. Candidates must have 10 + years of demonstrated leadership experience. Must posses at a minimum a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Masters Degree preferred.
