Nursing Services

Seeking LPN with at least six months experience. Under the direction of the head nurse or charge nurse, assists with the preparation of nursing care plan and acts as a team leader in the implementation of the plan to provide high quality care to residents within assigned unit. Conform with State and Federal Health and Safety regulations and practices. FT/PT 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Now hiring for 12 hour shifts. Friday/Saturday/Sunday OR Saturday/Sunday/Monday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

RN Supervisor
An opportunity to expand your nursing career by using your extensive nursing education and experiences. Develop your leadership and management experience in a long-term care facility. Accountable for the supervision of patient care within LTC/brain injury/subacute units. Current NYS RN License and two years of experience. CPR/AED certified. Part-time, 3:00 – 11:00 P.M. with some 11:00 – 7:00 A.M.

Transport Aide
Assist with transporting residents to and from activities and meals. Part-Time (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Communications Operator
This position operates the switchboard, paging system, and provides information, directions, and/or assistance to the general public, residents and staff; acts as a receptionist and performs a variety of general business office and accounting functions as assigned by the President and Comptroller. Maintains a pleasant and courteous attitude. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills required. Previous switchboard experience is also required. Part-time. Every Wednesday 4 – 10 p.m. and every Sunday 2 – 10 p.m. and as needed other days. Requires occasional holiday.

Community Based Services Clinical Support Specialist
Monitors and supports the management of information needed to justify the provision of outpatient, offsite and transportation services and measure performance of the services provided. Must possess, at a minimum, two years of experience in an office environment. Strong verbal, written, and computer skills involving the creation and management of electronic documents and worksheets required. Knowledge of record keeping requirements for an outpatient clinic, home and community based support or transportation services preferred. FT position.

Dining Services

Dining Services Worker
The primary purpose of this position is plating meals for serving on the units and waiting on residents in the dining room. Maintains a safe sanitary kitchen area. This position works as part of a team to provide nutritionally adequate meals to the Residents and Patients of St. Camillus. Must be able to read and write in English language. Part-time, days and evenings.

Environmental Services

Housekeeping Supervisor
Assists the Director of Environmental Services with the operation of the department, including recruitment and retention efforts, scheduling, inventory, equipment, staff development, customer service and etc. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of one year experience as a supervisor, preferably in a hospital, long-term health care facility or related position. Full-Time, with weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Housekeeping Aide
Responsible for providing a clean, safe environment in all areas within the facility, cooperating with other disciplines to maintain orderly and sanitary conditions. Prior experience helpful but not necessary. Part-time, nights 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Responsible for routine scheduled visits and admissions. No case management required. Current NYS RN License.

HHA Aide
Integrity Home Care Services is looking for compassionate, reliable, experienced, patient, and caring individuals to care for patients in their homes. Individuals will work with our Home Care staff. Training is provided for HCSS certification to work with patients with brain injuries as well. If interested, we encourage you to apply today!

Staff Home Health Aide
Covers HHA level home care patients on a daily basis for permanent short term cases and to cover vacations and staff call-offs, assists in the office as deemed necessary by the Director of Patient Services. Guaranteed 30 plus hours per week, flexible schedule, on call two weekends per month. Must have reliable transportation and good communication skills. Current NYS CHHA certification.

Home Care Screener
Screens patient referrals from acute care facilities, skilled nursing facilities and physician offices for admission to St. Camillus Home Care and Inpatient programs. Also completes a thorough review and timely transfer of medical record information to expedite the admission decision-making process. A minimum of two year professional nursing experience in an acute care or rehab setting, home care experience preferred; knowledge of third party payer regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid; excellent assessment and strong verbal and written communication skills; basic computer skills; and must have a valid NYS Driver’s License and NYS RN License.

Occupational Therapist
Responsible for delivering comprehensive professional occupational therapy service in accordance with the mission and objectives of St. Camillus Home Care Agency. BS in Occupational Therapy. NYS Licensure required. NBCOT certification preferred. 1 year O.T. experience required. FT position.

Rehab Services

TBI Waiver Independent Living Skills Training & Development Specialist
Works with individuals with a traumatic brain injury to assess functional abilities and identify and develop strategies to increase independence in a variety of living skills. Functional skills areas for development include personal and instrumental activities of daily living. A master’s or advanced degree in a human service field and one year experience, or a bachelor’s degree and two years experience, or an associate’s degree and three years of experience, or a high school diploma and four years of experience. (Experience must be in completing functionally bases assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans and teaching individuals with disabilities to be more functionally independent.) Part-time position with the possibility for full-time.

Speech-Language Pathologist
Assess and treat adults with neurogenic communication disorders, dysphagia and cognitive impairments in Outpatient Program. Includes coverage in subacute and SNF as needed. Participate in program development, staff education and interdisciplinary process. MA/MS in Speech/Language Pathology with CCC. Experience with adult neurogenic communication disorders and independent performance of clinical swallowing assessment.


Van Driver
Full-time position responsible for driving and loading and unloading of wheelchair and stretcher bound patients. Must have at least three years of driving experience, be 21 years of age, and possess a CDL license with P endorsement.
