Nursing Services

Seeking LPN with at least six months experience. Under the direction of the head nurse or charge nurse, assists with the preparation of nursing care plan and acts as a team leader in the implementation of the plan to provide high quality care to residents within assigned unit. Conform with State and Federal Health and Safety regulations and practices. FT/PT 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Now hiring for 12 hour shifts. Friday/Saturday/Sunday OR Saturday/Sunday/Monday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

RN Supervisor
An opportunity to expand your nursing career by using your extensive nursing education and experiences. Develop your leadership and management experience in a long-term care facility. Accountable for the supervision of patient care within LTC/brain injury/subacute units. Current NYS RN License and two years of experience. CPR/AED certified. Part-time, 3:00 – 11:00 P.M. with some 11:00 – 7:00 A.M.

Communications Operator
This position operates the switchboard, paging system, and provides information, directions, and/or assistance to the general public, residents and staff; acts as a receptionist and performs a variety of general business office and accounting functions as assigned by the President and Comptroller. Maintains a pleasant and courteous attitude. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills required. Previous switchboard experience is also required. Part-time. Every Wednesday 4 – 10 p.m. and every Sunday 2 – 10 p.m. and as needed other days. Requires occasional holiday.

Director of Operations
Reports to the Director of Nursing Services and is responsible for the oversight of nursing services on our short term rehabilitation unit to include the provision of quality care, compliance and budget management. In addition, ensuring the service culture is aligned to foster the best customer experience. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following: RNAC Team, CMI, clinical documentation, discharge planning, employee retention / engagement, metric management, supply management, pharmacy services, re-hospitalizations, nursing leadership development and etc. Current NYS RN License and a minimum of 3 years direct supervisory experience in a healthcare environment with proven results.

Dining Services

Dining Services Worker
The primary purpose of this position is plating meals for serving on the units and waiting on residents in the dining room. Maintains a safe sanitary kitchen area. This position works as part of a team to provide nutritionally adequate meals to the Residents and Patients of St. Camillus. Must be able to read and write in English language. Part-time, days and evenings.

Prepares foods according to recipes and production tallies and in accordance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. This position works closely with the Executive Chef, as part of a team to provide nutritionally adequate meals to Residents and Patients of the facility. There is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. This position requires the ability to read and write English and to have basic math skills. A minimum of one year of cooking experience. Part-time, hours vary.

Market-To-Go Cashier
Greets customers entering the food court, tabulate bill using cash register, receives payment by cash, counts money in the cash drawer to ensure adequate change, maintain clean and orderly checkout area. 1 year experience in Food Service Industry as a cashier. Full-time, 35 hours per week. Monday – Friday.

Housekeeping Aide
Responsible for providing a clean, safe environment in all areas within the facility, cooperating with other disciplines to maintain orderly and sanitary conditions. Prior experience helpful but not necessary. Part-time, days and nights.

HHA Aide
Integrity Home Care Services is looking for compassionate, reliable, experienced, patient, and caring individuals to care for patients in their homes. Individuals will work with our Home Care staff. Staff Home Health Aide
Covers HHA level home care patients on a daily basis for permanent short term cases and to cover vacations and staff call-offs, assists in the office as deemed necessary by the Director of Patient Services. Guaranteed 30 plus hours per week, flexible schedule, on call two weekends per month. Must have reliable transportation and good communication skills. Current NYS CHHA certification.

Home Care Screener
Screens patient referrals from acute care facilities, skilled nursing facilities and physician offices for admission to St. Camillus Home Care and Inpatient programs. Also completes a thorough review and timely transfer of medical record information to expedite the admission decision-making process. A minimum of two year professional nursing experience in an acute care or rehab setting, home care experience preferred; knowledge of third party payer regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid; excellent assessment and strong verbal and written communication skills; basic computer skills; and must have a valid NYS Driver’s License and NYS RN License.

Home Care Nurse Manager
Manages/supervises a team of full time and per diem Registered Nurses and LPN's in homecare. Must possess strong leadership, communication, organizational and assessment skills, strong computer skills are also a plus. Current RN license, Bachelors degree Required. A minimum of 1 year of home care experience, prior supervisory experience and experience with clinical oversight, quality assurance and over all case management. FT, Monday – Friday.

Home Care Supervisor
Responsible for the overall management, guidance, instruction and supervision of all homecare physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists. The manager assists with the educational programs for the staff, including orientation of new personnel. In addition, the manager is a creative force in fostering program development within the department, while ensuring quality of care and cost effectiveness. This position is further responsible for evaluation, treating patients and performing other professional and administrative duties as required. Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university. Must have, as a minimum, two years experience as a homecare therapist. Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices. Must have supervisory experience.

Patient Financial Services

Outpatient Admissions Representative
This position is responsible for scheduling and admitting patients, as well as processing patient account information in the outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include maintaining the outpatient therapy patient schedule, communicating with physicians’ offices, verifying insurance benefits, maintaining insurance authorizations, obtaining pre-admission/admission information and paperwork needed to admit, discharge, or transfer patients in an efficient, customer service oriented manner. The position also serves as a precursor to billing and must ensure that St. Camillus has accurate information on record to facilitate timely payment. Some previous experience processing patient admissions in a health care setting is required. Healthcare billing experience is preferred. Must have effective communication, organization and prioritization skills; sound knowledge and understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and third party payers; strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills; knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.


Payroll/Human Resources Assistant
Provides assistance to Payroll Office and Human Resources departments. Candidates must have good organizational skills and be detailed oriented. Strong computer skills are a must and individuals must be willing to protect confidential information. High School Diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred. Minimum 2 years in payroll function required, with HR experience preferred. FT days, generally Monday – Friday. May also be required to work weekend hours when necessary to accommodate holiday pay weeks.

Rehab Services

Physical Therapist
Provides services to patients with orthopedic and/or medical problems who have functional losses. Doctoral degree (preferred) or Masters in Physical Therapy. NYS licensure or eligibility. Temporary position expected to last from November – April. Full-time or Part-time days, occasional weekend coverage.

TBI Waiver Independent Living Skills Training & Development Specialist
Works with individuals with a traumatic brain injury to assess functional abilities and identify and develop strategies to increase independence in a variety of living skills. Functional skills areas for development include personal and instrumental activities of daily living. PT with the possibility for FT hours. A master’s or advanced degree in a human service field and 1 year experience OR, A bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience OR, An Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience OR, A high school diploma and 4 years of experience. Experience must be in completing functionally bases assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans and teaching individuals with disabilities to be more functionally independent.
