Dr. Ernest C. Edwards has been practicing audiology for thirty-eight years, and has extensive experience helping people of all ages improve their hearing. After receiving his bachelor and master’s degrees in audiology, Dr. Edwards worked at the Medical College of Georgia and in private practice. He then worked at various speech and hearing centers in Georgia and Virginia over the next thirty-plus years, and received his doctor of audiology in 2001. Most recently, he was with the John W. Looper Jr. Speech and Hearing Center in Dalton, Ga. Dr. Edwards is an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association member, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and has received advanced training in many areas including cued speech, childhood deafness and digital hearing aids.
